Why are some organizational forms more popular at one point in time, and why are some organizational forms more suitable than others? This course addresses classic as well as contemporary principles for organizational design, focusing both reflection and practical application. Teaching methods include lectures, seminars and a term paper. Students will work with both individual assignments and group work.
